NCS HR sent me a “please to offer me the role” email, and it’s been 1.5 weeks since i have submitted my documents and no reply from HR since then. Is there a possibility that they would have put me on “hold” or could they be just processing the approval?

Just wondering if anyone has that email and not get the job or if you got the job, how long did you wait?
