Not sure if you are trolling but I will answer you sincerely. I'm from UB - SIM too, graduated in 2015. There are some who went into MA programs in local banks but they had a few good internship experience or knew the right people. IMO, networking is key.
Most of us (UB-SIM graduates) have to work double/triple hard to prove ourselves in the initial stages of our careers. Good luck to you!
