Hmm. HR says it is within P50-P75 of Senior Associate. Admittedly, of the 7 years, 4 were spent as a teacher with little transferrable skills. Only really developed myself in data analytics in the past 3-4 years. This is after one round of nego already. Should I negotiate upwards again?
