They were all nice so I'm glad they got in but this kind of worries me because they couldn't write a simple JS function.

When the programme starts, what exactly do SEEDers do? Is this like a typical tech job where you get put in a team, daily stand ups, work on tickets and stuffs? Or do SEEDers in a team get lumped together to build some rubbish Poc that gets tossed away?

I read the NodeFlair website and they mentioned that we'll work on Pocs... yea not sure if this is ******** or legit.
