I don't have the full story but it seems unethical for the HR to try to trick you into diploma scheme when you have a recognised NUS degree. They may give you same starting pay as degree holder but you will lose out eventually. |

I will be going for the last round of interview soon and I think this will give me something to think about if I were really selected for the post. I am not sure if it's possible but I think I will see how what they can offer me try to negotiate with HR if they can put me in the grad scheme instead
