They have been hiring from the start of January... whatever opening you see on LinkedIn, etc, I am pretty sure they are already full and they're just interviewing you to see if you're a top tier talent and that they should make headcount for you specifically.

Not trying to trash on those who got interviewed last week or 2 weeks ago but yeah... I mean feel free to ask any of your uni friends who got in, they already got their onboarding documents and setup their accounts.
