Just know your basic aircraft knowledge aircraft and maybe some hands-on skills, display your passion (if you have any) and don't try to answer questions or try to 'wing it' to impress them, engineers hate these types of ppl. If you wanna 'wing' u should join another industry, ppl die when u try to 'wing it' in this industry. Most importantly, you should dress to look the part, st need mature workers, not some smartie pants or yps who join because they couldn't find any other job offerings outside. And don't tell them you join because u heard the OT pays well, it pays the same as any other engineering firms outside as a blue-collar worker. Above the age of 28 +/-, no one is willing to work OT anymore over here, only those foreigners whom have nth else to do in their rental apt and will want to because of the conversion rates for the purchase of their multiple lands overseas.
