what kind of skills do those generic gahment jobs give that we can play up?
Interested to know because I want to see what kind of spin can be put on generic skills to make them sound better in a CV.
Like those positions with titles of
executive (service excellence)
analyst (policy)
executive (business services)
project manager
executive (projects)
etc
I think they're quite generic, so how would one in these jobs make themselves stand out among other candidates in even getting selected for an interview? In an ideal situation one would have experience directly related to the new job, (like an IT person in an end-user organization applying for an IT developer job in the developer's company), but of course these situations are the minority.
