technically yes, i can. but that means i am not performing and you are right, will get fired if that is the case. must show some results every year to ensure that the company knows that i am worth the salt. the pay is satisfying but there is nothing to talk about in terms of career progression. also, stability is an issue because the company restructures almost every year. i have a new boss every year, at least for the last 3 years.
