As someone who joined ACN as a fresh graduate about a decade ago (now I’m CL7 manager). Let me list down the pros and cons.
Pros:
1. structured career path. First few promotions to CL9 consultant is almost guaranteed even for average performer within 3-4 years. Just need to put in the hours.
2. many different roles to take on (since you on project basis)


Cons:
1. long hours, no work life balance. Will only get worse the higher you go.
2. may get stuck at CL9 consultant and hard to make it to Assistant manager if you don’t demonstrate you are hungry enough.

Advise to fresh grads: Accenture is a great place to kick start your career. If you can make assistant manager by 5-6 years, the pay is very comfortable for someone in late 20s/ early 30s. (8-9k/ mth) Also plenty of opportunities to change job as Accenture’s brand name is well-knowned in Singapore and globally.
