Advise to fresh grads: Accenture is a great place to kick start your career. If you can make assistant manager by 5-6 years, the pay is very comfortable for someone in late 20s/ early 30s. (8-9k/ mth) Also plenty of opportunities to change job as Accenture’s brand name is well-knowned in Singapore and globally.

8-9k monthly for 30s not even worth, as you have said the work life balance only gets worse the higher up you go. Instead, usually the higher up you go your work life balance should be better. Please jump to better options out there.
