And tech grads…pls be well aware that the salary range of new grads are because of industry demands, there is demand for TOP TECH TALENT not demand for tech talents in general
Anyways even a small shop tech role has median to above median pay for a fresh grad. Not complaining and upgrade yourself is the way to go

What the fk are you even on about?
Tech talent and top tech talent both mean the same thing. Talent by definition already means someone better than the rest.
TS IS clearly qualified... why else would they hire her back after her internship? you think everyone gets return offers after they finish their tech internships? LMAO no. Companies rather hire desperate 1-2 YOE engineers looking to do entry-roles than hire fresh-grads with 0 YOE and a few internships that most of the time don't translate to real-working skills. ( because internships are 99% of the time useless garbage where you do side projects )
TS is just super unlucky. She was in a different team during internship, form bonds, teamwork, all those then suddenly join a whole different team with 0 experience. Can name this company?
name and shame. Avoid trash companies.
