Past intern at Accenture and I wanted to ask on this quite curious. In the project there was another intern who passed the assessment centre (beach day aka) and didn’t need an interview with the project thereafter. But the other interns including myself all had an interview with someone in the project. She only had a call from the hr where the hr shared the role and ask if she wanted to accept.

Hmmm is it due to the fact that the project wanted her alr and didn’t need another interview to assess her?
