i start in jul2007 @ 2.9k with

2008jul=297x (prorated increment)
2009jul=297x (freeze pay)
2010apr=317x (wage adj +200)
2010jul=326x
2010nov=339x(promotion)
2011jul=3712 (wage adj +200 & annual increment)
2012jul= expect 384X (+3.5% annual increment)
2013jul= expect 410X (+3.5% annual increment + 4% promotion)
by 2013 july I would have 6 yrs exp.....and just hitting 4.1K...is WTF.......
