MOM clearly indicated companies should not be getting employees to be OT-ing almost everyday to that extent and not pay OT pay. On the surface pay sounds high/decent but when you compare to the working hours invested, really not worth it. It’s also detrimental on your emotional and physical health which can’t be turned back if it becomes worse…
