I would like to get some advise from everyone here about being bullied by my bosses.
I work in a MNC with foreign talent as bosses. In December, I made a complaint to
MOM(TAFEP) but it seems that all
MOM(TAFEP) does is to ask company HR to investigate. Not helpful when you kinda know your company will protect their kind, especially if they are sales. So HR “investigate” and say they found nothing wrong and no action to be taken. I was not happy with their investigation so ask higher level of management to investigate. Very next day, I get my bosses email invite for Teams call. Never heard had a single call or anything from them to catch up etc in over 6 months then suddenly this. End up, HR also there and they saying my performance cannot make it for the past 2 years. Funny how it took a complaint from me to make them realise my performance got problem.
I now want to ask what i can do. I make complaint to
MOM(TAFEP),
MOM(TAFEP) push back my company HR and they all make it my fault. Now they foreign talent complain, I am being made to prove myself.
If only work, still can tahan. But living and caring for elderly parents, that adds to stress. Foreign talent bosses don’t care all is ok, but to purposely make my life more difficult is unfair.
Any advice on what I should do next?
