You mean "Personal Supervisor", which is for applicants without a degree. Your starting rank will be Sergeant.

Day to day, you'll be supervising the daily routine of inmates, from checking headcounts, issuing meals, medication and exercise time. You'll also be taking their requests and handle and other issues they might have.

You might also be involved in other committees (too many to list but an example is organising the YRSG run)

Do note that you'll start off with training at HTA first for a few months though, which is like NS.
