Corp practice can bring in more in boom times but can be irregular depending on deal flow.
Liti is usually steady n sometimes even counter cyclical.
Top liti EPs can earn as much as the top corp EPs. But average liti team billings are lower than corp team billings. It's simply a function of liti work which is usually lower margin.
