hi sathish, i have been in the same situation before. It was a Chinese MNC for my case as they decided to closed down the department and move it back to china.

There is no use to complain to MOM as i had tried to do the same. The msg i got from MOM was that there is nothing they can do and they advised me to sue them in court if i wish to pursue further.

Likewise i tried to engage the help of NTUC , but there is nothing NTUC can do also as the company is not unionized. The consultant didnt even bother to make an effort to call or email the company on my behalf. Instead, they offered resume courses/career coaching to help me find another job which i think is just a waste of time.
