Tbh the quality of audit grads esp from big3 uni have been dropping steadily. Less than 5 years ago the cutoff for accountancy was AAA/A and now any tom dick and harry with 70 Rp can get in. Quite sad really. Prestige totally gone and left with mediocre people in the industry. 3k starting pay is justified.
