Any OT has to be voluntary and out of the goodness of my heart. It is a favor to you, not an obligation.

This doesn’t apply only to big 4. If you don’t mind not promoting, you can choose not to do OT. This applies to any firm and there are plenty of such people around. We called them the “deadwood”.
