Sorry, think I wasn't clear. For a guy,4 years including
ns is abt as fast as one can go from 13 to 11. One year for confirmation/promotion to 12, one year for promo to 11. Add another 2 years for
ns, ie 4 years. For ladies I wonder if it could be faster since there is no +2. This rate of progression is not that uncommon, although majority would get their 11 in 5 years. It all depends on cep I suppose.
