Hmm that is the rare 10% that makes SM.
What I hear is most people jump out after 3 to 5 years to get a cushy job in some MNC. By cushy I mean they only review instead of doing the grunt work. Delegate all the work out only have to give instructions and high level strategy planning and get paid 6 to 8k. Sounds good.
