I can't comment for other big 4 firms buy my yellow firm just dump you to one engagement then ask you to complete an insane workload by a certain date. Sometimes they book you on 2 engagements and ask you to tank. You die your problem.
Usually FM & FC are too busy to entertain you and they don't want you to ask too many questions.
You must be some delusional SM who is trying hard to be partner. I have seen too many of these SMs who keep defending the firm's toxic culture.
