2 points regarding the above analysis...Deutsche Bank is European and it uses AVP, VP designations..secondly, if one starts off in the MA/Grad program in IB front office, he already make 100k p.a or more as an associate...so saying that making 17k/mth as an AVP is only possible with at least 12 mths bonuses is not definite. However I do agree it's on the high side for an AVP..but in IB/fund management, we never know!!
