the MNC which you are currently working for, is it still your 1st job?

do you jump ship before?

even if for me working in my current company for 10 years, even with outstanding performer 'A', my basic salary at most will hit 6.5k-7k(with 4 promotions inclluded) in 10 years, assuming max annual increment of 5% and max promotion increment of 8%

starting pay since fresh grad = 3k, and if I stay in my company for 10 years just like you and work very hard and get the best performance rating, below is what I would get:

3000 x 1.05^10 x 1.08^4 = 6.6k+/mth

Annual would be not more than = $140000
