The offer of 4.5k for 2 yr exp MX 12b is typical for better-paying stat boards. So based on remuneration amt alone, I would say it is a quite a good deal.
To note, it shld take u at least 2-4 yrs to promote to the next level - MX12a. Best case scenario, you can expect to earn ard $5.5k by 2024. You decide if this trajectory is sth you want.
