The NQ 5.6-ish to 6k-ish salary has some frontloaded bonus involved, but that's just for accounting purposes (and so they can clawback the bonus if you tender). They absolutely will not clawback this amount unless you leave (and many firms do not clawback even if you leave). For simplicity, around 1/4 to 1/5 of your salary is pegged as "bonus" (i.e. 4800 as base, 1200 as frontload).
They will pay you an "additional" bonus around the end of their financial year, which is usually 2-3 months on top of the "frontloaded" bonus.

No clawback what has been paid. However if you leave, after you give notice they will pay base only.

And the 0-3 months is base salary x 0-3 months.
