We would need to apply for leave for one day AC and panel interview as well. So at this rate, some of us even shortlisted may not even be able to take the days off. Taking 1-2 days leave on short notice would set off alarm bells to our employers that we are job-hunting and it's not like we are guaranteed the job with UL.
