I heard and met some senior LAE who after finally getting their license are doing very well now ( this is in Malaysia )...
So like i was wondering, if u suffer for like the 6-8 years of the bond to get the license and all..is it not worth it ? some of you are already in and have a much better understanding...

If money is the motivation and not the passion of able to have a first hand experience and hands-on in the finest machine in the planet Earth, Then LAE in not for you. If you really want to be in aviation but dont want to get the hands dirty, You can also aim for Quality assurance Engr or Service Engineer which didn't required License but seated higher in the company organizational chart.
