I got a Meet Expectations grade and my bonus is only 1 month.. increment is a pathetic 1.8% and not even $100...

I got an offer from NTU LKC last year was told by HR yearly increment is about 2.5% plus 1 month plus performance bonus. I didn't take up the offer in the end.
