there was a change so is the same now, no different for direct contract vs perm..
the contract actually pays better previously before the change.
Perm:
12mths
1mth AWS
up to 1 mth Corp Bonus
PB depending of grade... usually 1.2 - 2 for C, 2 - 3.5 for B
Direct Contract - previously
12mths
1mth anni bonus
0.5mth (1yr) or 1mth (2yr) contract completion bonus payable to end of contract
PB depending on grade... as written in contract 1.5 for C, 3.5 for B
you count yourself..
