Not true. I am on a BA track and dont need to know any coding skills to succeed in my role. I am in fact leaving those to the "tech" people. In fact, we hire offshore people from India just for that. Cheaper and they can easily work 16 hours a day.
BA role mainly does stakeholder management, strategic thicking, performance improvement and touching a little bit on PM...
