It is stated that the MX13 scheme is for fresh graduates and the salary is capped at 3k, while salaries for MX12 scheme ranges from 3-5.9k.
However most of my seniors that graduated this year are drawing 4-5k from stat boards like
LTA,
PUB,
HDB (2nd upper and above).
Does this mean they are placed in the MX12 scheme? I heard it is very rare but possible. Has the salary range for MX13 scheme been bumped up or am I missing something here?
