If you consider variable bonus and all, its around 6+ monthly for SC1. I am a SC1 getting 5k+ monthly gross (excl. 17% employer
CPF just for clarity sake). SC2 incl. bonus can be 7+ i think, but definitely not based on pure monthly gross salaries.
