WP and A&G corp is far more reputable and offers way better exit options (and don't even get me started on liti, there's no way to even begin comparing baker for that) - the starting salary may be lower but you will easily outstrip baker once you make that first jump 1.5 years in.

Moral of the story: don't get blinded by the slightly higher starting salary and miss the woods for the tree. when you're a junior assoc, training and brand name is key
