4.1 - Which account to pay your salary
4.2 - Your MX grade approval needs to be approved by a certain level (personnel board)
4.3 - Background and Security check, references check, etc, can take up to 1mth
4.4 - Who is your RO, buddy etc
4.5 - Confirm in an email your offers
5 - wait for you to accept...

in govt 4 weeks is not long..

1. For me, I applied in Mid August 2017
2. HR contacted me in mid Sept 2017 for interview in late Sept 2017
3. Interviewed late Sept 2017
4. no news till early Nov 2017, thought gone case...
5. early Nov 2017 called to verbal offer
6. mid-Nov 2017 official offer
7 late Dec 2017 join the ministry - was on contract so AWS & PB was received in Oct 2017 before i left the previous org :P
