But the fact is even in this forum so many people are desperately hoping to get into a bank. Why? Because they know banks pay really well. If it is really like some people say after working so 5 -10 yrs cian only reach 7k avp you think anyone will bother to keep trying to get into banks? Might as well join a normal MNC with work life balance also around 6k as a manager after a few years.
