Usually if you arent on a project yet, you can just go to the office (pre covid) or stay at home. Do some trainings online, but first check with your people lead. If you are on a project, you will go to the project site or work from home according to who you report to.
It is not unusual that fresh analysts get to stay home for upwards of a few months if they arent assigned to a project. But of course there are some work to be done, trainings to do etc. Its a very flexible, matured role.
