B4 takes in a ton a year. It's like 50-60 trainees each per year. That's maybe 30% of the
NUS cohort if you take the entire cohort being
NUS +
SMU + UK and some aussie grads.
As for international, meaning baker and the few others who take fresh
NUS grads as trainees, maybe 20.
But go a few years and you'll find tons of
NUS grads in international firms in junior to senior assoc roles. Lateral moving is so easy. In fact I would argue it's even better than going in by the foreign degree route -> the 6 months training means you start doing assoc work earlier on in your career and get that training.
I went from B4 to international, tendered exactly at the 1 year post-call mark. Started me at NY NQ salary during my runway period.
