S&C starts Analyst off with a 4.8k package.
Consultant (no matter what MBA and how many years of relevant exp), if you enter at this level, the range is probably ~6k ish to ~7kish.
Senior consultant may touch 10k but low 10s. Base for Manager, Senior Manager and AD for S&C also likely to be below 20k just FYI
