I think a lot of people have inflated views of a local bank VP’s pay. The inflated pay stated in this thread could be true but they are definitely not for all people. We are talking about the 3 local banks here and the truth is some that some people take years before they can even smell VP rank. In the bank where I am the youngest VP I have seen is in their mid to late 30s. The lowest VP rank will probably snag u close to $10k inclusive of allowance. VPs in their. Early 30s are rare. AVPs pay range is huge and depends in the number of years of experience. I’d say it ranges from $5k to $12k for those who are stuck in AVPs.
