9 - 10 office breakfast settle down
10 - 11 check email plan to do for the day

12 - 2 lunch
2 - 3 meeting
3 - 4 mental block surf net to rant about overwork
4 - 5 Read up
5 - 6 people wanna go home I still plan for overtime
6 - 8 dinner since overtime
8 - 9 finally have to do some work
