If need OT, must OT for the right reasons. For example sometimes really cannot rush finish work for a pitch. Then need to OT. But if you OT for stupid reasons like pitch is due tomorrow but you only got started on the work today because your manager forgot about the due date. Then would you still OT? Dumb right.
