Agreed. After you work 1 year you will start to question.
1) why am I only one who have OT all the time.
2) why someone else who never OT get promoted.
3) why I have to do everything.
4) why my senior who is higher paid just push everything to me.
5) why I work so hard performance doesn't match
6) why I don't do any work at work just eat snake I also get paid
7) why I am not punished if I come in late can keep coming in late
8) why I can get away with ******** and don't really have to do the work like it's exam?
9) why I feel like an impostor
10) why I quit tech
