Honestly - no need to be jealous and artificially deflate everyone else's salaries because you aren't earning as much. Just play your own game.
IBD / S&T salaries at BBs are around S$9.6-S$10k, with a couple being up to S$12k (HSBC). Bonuses are anywhere from 3-4 months up to a year (average perhaps 6-8 months).
There are outliers but should be recognized as part of the spectrum, if you had worked very hard / got lucky. It's even higher in some hedge funds but those numbers are more variable, less common, less structured and less meaningful to benchmark.
