i left govtech to join
LTA 2 years ago.
opted for transfer, whole process from after i accepted the offer to "tender" to
LTA took about 3 months.
stay in the equivalent pay grade with slight increase in overall package. (but monthly pay drop as GT combine quite abit of bonuses component into the base)
