Agreed.
Why need to promote people to VP, SVP or AVP. Just look at the current structure. How many key leadership positions are truly "groom" by ST. Mostly are parachuted from
SAF or government bodies. Alot are retired generals, no where to go so park at senior management of ST. Not sure what are the exact revenue they are bringing to ST. But i'm sure they are bring the
SAF and military culture to ST.
With those people parachuting taking up position and middle management no where to go. How to promote people?
