yes ocbc grad programme has many back office (especially ops and tech) roles that are very manual and unglamorous. they do have roles in more prestigious divisions like treasury and finance though. not to mention corp banking as well, though most of the roles in corp banking are just servicing local SMEs and not big international firms...
