Worse than UOB MAP and DBS EMAP. Same level as DBS GA. OCBC GTs are not groomed for management positions, unlike UOB MAP and DBS EMAP. Many in this programme use it as a stepping stone. The more capable/ambitious ones go to big foreign banks, less capable ones jump to other local banks. The least ambitious ones stay on. Local bank got stability, but not progression or career development.
