Once you reach the panel interview, you'll likely get an offer already (based on personal experience, and past candidates). The panel interview is ~50 mins, where a group of 12 candidates get to speak to the upcoming Group CEO and Group CHRO. Each person will start with a short introduction, before asking 1 question to both senior management. It's pretty comfortable and casual, it's more of a Q&A where they will answer your questions, and hope you will select Singtel.
